Produced to a unique recipe this rum is distilled, blended and bottled in Manchester. Inspired by imports into Salford this rum delivers a blend of warm spices, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger, combined with sweet vanilla notes and a hint of maple. This is a very smooth, enjoyable sipping rum.

Add all ingredients to a glass, stir with ice until slightly diluted and strain into a rocks glass filled with quality ice.
Dirty Old Fashioned
60ml Salford Rum, 10ml Sugar Syrup, 3 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters,15ml Chilled water, Orange Zest
Stir with ice in a large tumbler
25ml Salford Honey Rum, 50ml Still Cider, 10ml Lemon Juice, Cinnamon stick
Muddle the mango and the sugar syrup in a shaker, add the rest of the ingredients and shake. Fine strain into a coupe glass
50ml Salford Spiced Rum, 25ml Lime Juice, 15ml Sugar Syrup, 3 pieces of Mango
Build in an iced highball glass.
