Coffee culture in Australia is almost a religion, so they've blended some of their favourite botanicals together to make a truly unique Australian coffee liqueur. Mexican, Brazilian and Papuan coffees blended with Wattleseed, Cacao, Coconut and Davidson Plum, to craft a liqueur that ticks all the boxes.
Build in glass & garnish with citrus wheel.
Økar Bitter Spritz
20ml bitter, 90ml Spark, 15ml Sugar Syrup, squeeze of lemon
Shake all ingredients over ice, strain & garnish with Davidson's plum.
25ml Økar Island Bitter, 45ml Aged Rum, 45ml Pineapple Juice, 15ml Lime Juice, 15ml Orgeat
Focusing on the how to work better with the agriculture, energy, their waste and the local community drives the ØKAR team. ØKAR installed a new 27.23kw solar energy system at the distillery, which helps offset their carbon footprint.
Every drop of Økar is for the locals and they want to pay that back by supporting independent farmers and producers to maximise their input back into the community.
