Named in honour of the people of Tequila, El Tequileño was founded in 1959 by Don Jorge Salles Cuervo with a vision to create only the finest tequilas.
This award-winning Blanco is made up of 71% Agave (Blue Webber), 20% Piloncillo (handmade unrefined Mexican cane sugar), 9% Sugar cane. only the finest ingredients are sourced to make this high-quality tequila. After copper pot distillation, our Blanco is aged for 14 days in American Oak which gives it more balance and complexity.

Hints of butterscotch, anise and peppercorn
Starting with the most premium agaves exclusively matured in the Highlands of Jalisco. These are then combined with the mineral-rich water from El Volcan de Tequila and distilled in copper pot stills. Aged for 3 months in large American Oak barrels resulting in a balanced, and unique combination of aroma and flavour.

This exquisite tequila is uniquely aged in a large American Oak barrel, called a Pipón, with a 25,000 litre capacity, for 6 years.
By Mexican law, an Extra Anejomust be aged for a minimum of 3 years in a wooden barrel that holds 600 litres or less. However, the Reposado category has no specification on barrel size. Therefore, this complex tequila aged for as long as an Extra Anejohas exceptional depth on the palate. That being said, is only recognized as a Reposado by the governing body, the Consejo Reguladorde Tequila (C.R.T) and why the term ‘Rare’ was added to indicate the difference.
Vanilla, honey, subtle touch of black pepper, cooked agave.
Marzipan, light spiciness with notes of sweet agave and oak.
Build all the ingredients in a highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
50ml EL Tequileño Blanco, 10ml Lime Juice, your preferred Cola
Shake all the ingredients, except the soda and pour into a rocks glass. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
