What Makes It
Ten Locks?

BALANCE

The brand philosophy is rooted in ‘Balance’. Balance is not just about producing a perfectly distilled gin, it is also about being respectful of both Leith’s heritage as a nautical gateway and being sympathetic to protecting the planet we all live on. Lind & Lime is proud of its sustainability credentials:
Distilled with 100% green electricity
Produced with 100% organic ingredients
Packaged with 100% plastic free materials

PROVENANCE

Produced at their Coburg Street distillery in the historic district of Leith, Edinburgh. Their gin is inspired by Edinburgh’s rich history and primarily the works of Dr. James Lind, a doctor who conducted one of the first clinical trials aboard the HMS Salisbury. His trials noted the positive effects that eating citrus fruits had on his patients suffering with scurvy. Hence, the addition
of Lime used within their Dry London gin.
