With ambitions to be the drinks brand that elevates your food experience Sollasa was created to perfectly pair with Indian cuisine. Recognising that the spirits offering consumed with Indian cuisine lacked a genuine connection to the food Sollasa set about changing that.
An authentic blend of orange zest, lime and lychee, with herbaceous notes of mint and basil, the cooling fragrant spice of coriander seeds and cardamom and a pinch of sea salt.
Aroma
Citrus with blossom and mint, cool, fresh and light with spice notes behind it at heart.
Taste
Dry with a salty edge, no sweetness with spices and herbs taking over the palate.

The Sollasa Sour
Ingredients:
50ml Sollasa, 25ml Lemon juice, 5ml sugar syrup (optional egg white), angostura bitters

Sollasa Basil Gimlet
Ingredients:
50ml of Sollasa, juice of a whole lime juice, 5ml sugar syrup, basil leaves, dash of grapefruit bitters.
