A classic style of Vermouth di Torino, CUCIELO'S obtained using only Italian wine and artemisia from Piedmont and produced in Moncalieri, the heart of Piedmont. Expertly blended by Carlo Vergnanoand his team, Carlo is one of the most experienced master blenders of Vermouth of his time.
Naturally sourced botanicals and aromas blended with carefully selected, quality Terbbianodi Abruzzo grapes together with Grillo and Ansonica from Sicily make up this outstanding Bianco Vermouth.
Crisp green apple, elderflower & vanilla; light floral and herbaceous aromas, rounded with subtle notes of maraschino cherries, bitter orange and raisins.
Warm, soft, still sweet with vanilla and ripe summer fruit, balanced by a pleasant bitter note. Exceptionally long, sweet/bitter finish.

Crisp green apple with white flower aromas
Dry and refreshing with notes of fresh Sicilian citrus.
Build all ingredients in an ice filled spritz glass and stir gently to combine.
Serve with a slice of fresh orange.
75ml CUCIELO Bianco, 100ml Prosecco DOC/DOCG, Splash of soda, 2 dashes of Angostura orange bitters.
Mix all ingredients with ice until cold.
Serve in a chilled coupe with orange zest.
25ml CUCIELO Bianco, 50ml London Dry Gin, 1 spoon maraschino, liqueur, 3 dashes Angostura orange bitters.
Stir all ingredients with ice, serve in a chilled martini glass with a maraschino cherry
30ml CUCILEO Rosso, 50ml Rye Whiskey, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 1 maraschino cherry
Stir all ingredients with ice, double strain into a chilled martini glass and add lemon twist.
60ml Gin or Vodka, 20ml CUCIELO Dry, Lemon Twist Garnish
